In 2018, our founder, Anne-Marie Kendra was enjoying creating her Mother of the Groom look. Gown purchased, she wanted to find a way to elegantly embellish her diamond stud earrings, an anniversary gift from her husband many years before, that she had worn daily since. Remembering earring jackets of the 70s and 80s, she scoured the internet only to find old and tired designs.
Anne-Marie started designing a high-end, high-style, integrated line of modular pieces that worked with each other as well as with her own diamonds. She created other Studs, Halos that encircle the studs to add a bit more sparkle, and beautiful gemstone and pearl Dangles that take the whole look up to a new level! Her design point was to create a line that fits any occasion, whether they be for every day or for special events. Our line enables our wearers to go from the gym to the office and to a night out by adding onto basic pieces that fit their own individual style. Friends and loved ones and many others have enjoyed wearing our designs and have helped us evolve our line.
Now the line has over 200+ looks that come in 6+ colors! We sell pieces in sets of 3 that give the buyer 4 different looks. Then, over time they can add to their collection, adding more looks with each purchase.

BALANCED COMFORT
Our line was specifically designed to provide almost weightless comfort. The unique J-bar component contains 3 holes to fit ear lobes of all sizes which allows the dangle to hang just below your stud, looking as if it floating. The J-bar is worn behind the earlobe and hangs on the post of your stud, NOT on the piercing in your lobe. The weight of the earring is balanced on the post, so there is no pulling, stretching or sagging of your lobe. Our engineering makes larger statement pieces a pleasure to wear!

QUALITY
Our pieces are made with sterling silver, silver (70% silver, 30% pewter) coated in 24K gold or rhodium and are individually hand crafted by artisans, proudly in the USA. Our gemstones are lab created (nanosital or CZ) to achieve optimum vibrancy and color at reasonable price points. We select small batches of high-luster, high-quality cultured freshwater pearls sourced from mostly from Asia.

Our line was designed with value in mind - buy 3 pieces, get 4 looks. Adding one more piece adds 2 more looks and so on. Once you have the basic pieces, you can mix and match your pieces to fit any occasion.

Where is your jewelry made?Our products are hand-crafted by artisans in the U.S.A.

What is your metal made of?Our metals are cast from a selection of sterling silver, silver with pewter, or brass. The components using sterling silver are stamped appropriately while brass is used, primarily in our post design, to ensure the extended post remains durable. Our artisans use a plating process to seal and prevent tarnishing, including the use of 24K gold on items with a gold finish. Michael-Alexis is not responsible for any allergic reations due to possible traces of brass, silver, gold, nickel and pewter. If you have any known allergies, please contact us for alternatives.

What are your stones made of?We use high-quality, lab-created simulant gemstones to achieve optimal vibrancy and color at a reasonable price for our customers. Lab-created stones are generally conflict-free and have many other benefits.

How long does it take to receive my order?Pieces that are in stock will ship in 5 to 7 business days. If we need to make a piece for you, it will take about two weeks, provided the components are in our studio. If not, it takes about 6-8 weeks to order and create your design. As always, please ask us if you need something outside the box. We want this to work for you and will do our best to meet any time constraints you may have.

What is your return policy?Something not working for you? If ordered online, we accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Refunds are processed as long as: You contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order to request refund. Item is returned in original packaging and condition within 5 days of receipt. Return shipping is at your expense and insurance for full value of item must be purchased. Refunds will be processed when item is returned and deemed to be in original packaging and condition .
